We use various formats for reading important documents. Some of them are used for conveying information in the text form, other are more complex and offer options of attaching HD graphics. They are used, for instance, for electronic issues of newspapers and magazines. And one of the formats is PDF.
The latest application, Adobe Reader X, is intended for reading popular PDF files, offering high quality image. One of its new functions (which is still in the text phase and available only for Windows systems) is the so-called SANDBOX. It facilitates separating the currently viewed documents from the layer of the operating system, thus preventing potential attacks of malware which is often activated when opening a document.
The application allows us to open small videos and animations when viewing documents (for instance motion displays). We can be sure that a PDF document will look exactly the same regardless of the operating system (Windows, Mac OS, Linux, etc.), offering the same style of writing and the same fonts. Every digital signature can also be encrypted by AES (256 bits).
The application is fully integrated with popular Internet browsers. Every downloaded and automatically opened PDF file is opened in a separate tab. The interface itself is very simple and intuitive. The application does not pose any problems and is very comfortable to use.
