Windows offers minimal possibilities of planning the start of programs, whether in-built programs or applications installed by the user. Of course, it is possible to create a schedule but it is very uncomfortable. Therefore, an excellent program which fills in this gap is JIT Scheduler.
This program is compatible with the majority of operating systems available on the market ( 95/98/ME/NT4/2000/XP/2003). It provides the easy way to create and launch tasks in specified day and time. JIT Scheduler supports 4 types of tasks: Application, Document, System Shutdown or just Message (Remind). Because it is based on creators, the program can open all sorts of documents (including the links saved on the hard disk). It is very useful for organizing the computer scanning, disk cleaning or defragmentation. Because the program is integrated with Windows layer, you can create a schedule by means of just one click. A very important element of the JIT package is SDK (Source Developer Kit) allowing us to integrate our own applications with the program.
Its interface is transparent and comfortable and its installation is quick. The only drawback may be its unchecked compatibility with Vista or Windows 7. However, for those who use Windows XP and some older operating systems this program is excellent.
